I wanted a non-toxic cube tray tray with a cover, as I planned to freeze fresh-squeezed lemon juice in small, individual amounts. These trays are just what I was looking for...perfect! Each cube holds two tablespoons, and about a dozen organic lemons produced enough juice to almost fill a tray. Perfect!
